We are looking for a smart, proactive and ambitious individual to join our Sales team in Madrid, an experienced marketer who will help us boost our lead acquisition and conversion rates. This role will be focused on actively pursuing and qualifying leads, over email, phone, and other media, while at the same time developing the sales function. The ideal candidate will demonstrate ambition, adaptability and the ability to ‘value sell’ for a variety of business needs by industry. You must be able to articulate FullFill's unique value proposition in a way that is both compelling and relevant to a prospective client’s requirements.

- Define specific sales decks to be created by target industry and oversee their development.
- Refine and lead our nurturing processes.
- Collaborate with Technology and Operations to incorporate customer feedback into the product.
- Become proficient and able to explain product value proposition to prospects.

- Experience on digital marketing platforms.
- Account Based Marketing.
- CRM experience

- 2+ years of experience in sales, preferably B2B services. - Proven achievement of quotas. - Understanding of the business drivers and buying process in enterprise customers. Able to capture customer requirements and needs (technical, business and financial).
